COMFORT INN UNIVERSITY, Wilmington – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were kept quite clean and well-maintained, offering a fine level of comfort. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff members to the culinary expertise exhibited by Mr Edward and the positive energy of Rick. The location was convenient, being centrally located between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with limited variety but exceptional service during a busy Saturday breakfast. The facilities were satisfactory, offering a decent range of amenities.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to beaches and surrounded by nice restaurants, making my trip to Wilmington enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, featuring a walk-in shower. The service was exceptional, with the staff being kind and hardworking, even going the extra mile to cater to guests' needs. The dining experience offered a good variety of foods, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the rooms lacked a place to hang washcloths and towels, which was a small inconvenience.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, although the area around the bed could have been cooler. The service was exceptional, from thoughtful touches like placing my daughter's stuffed toy on the pillows to the friendly and positive attitude of the staff, including the on-site therapist, Rick. The location was ideal, close to nice restaurants and perfect for our plans. The breakfast was decent, but standard. Overall, a great value for the money.

Wow, my experience at this hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good! The rooms were super clean and had lots of pillows plus complimentary items like toothpaste and hairspray, which was a nice surprise. However, the room smelled of machine oil and didn't cool the area where the bed was. The service was professional, polite, and efficient, making me feel very comfortable, especially during the continental breakfast prepared by Eddie and his wife. The location was fine for our needs, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast, but I wished they acknowledged people more. The dining experience was amazing, despite being a little busy on a Saturday due to electrical problems; the workers were kind and ensured everyone was taken care of. Overall a decent stay!
